Stylization

What does realism or stylization do to the subject matter? Is it convincing? Is it fantastic? Please post a link to an on line reference in support of your comment.

  1. Realism brings the subject out of the matter of just a kid drawing and makes it come to life vs your stylization which actually makes the drawing yours.     2. color is natural Stevie and I feel that it is up to us designers to actually do the styling part and make the people see that there are moods to color and to use them correctly can help the designer keep a loyal customer

  2. realism is the general attempt to depict things accurately, from either a visual, social or emotional perspective, rather than stylization in which steers away from realism is and is strict to a specific forum.

  4. realism is an inclination towards the literal truth and pragmatism, where as stylization you cant be as free your like in a bounding box. I think realism is more convincing you get to make things come to life
